Yes. My dad is an entrepreneur and part owner of our family restaurant on Moloka’i. I’ve learned a lot from him. He encourages and inspires me to follow my dreams as an entrepreneur. I enjoy volunteering with the Hilo Garden Initiative founded by Sarah Barry a few times a month, helping to serve free meals to our houseless Hilo community in need. I’m also a ambassador of the Hawai’i Diaper Bank founded by Jessica Histo. I help to bring awareness to the needs of wipes and diapers for our local keiki. These two things make me feel good to be apart of.
